For many months, the long-lasting sanitary trial has disrupted our ways of working and pushed many people out of their comfort zone. We have all been rising to the challenge and pulled from our resources in innovation, resilience and creativity to adapt, whether working from home, or continuing to work on-site. Key priority is to ensure that we keep on recharging our mental, physical and emotional energy levels as we navigate through these difficult times.

Our work/life balance has been disrupted through remote working and dealing with unknown pressure. To become a balanced member, we need to focus on wellbeing. Wellbeing is the balance of the 4 axes of our Energy Tripod:

Physical: how fit we are to respond to it (managing health)
